Cloud Studios – Membership Terms & Conditions
These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all memberships purchased at Cloud Studios. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Types
Cloud Studios offers a range of memberships including unlimited and class-limited options. Full details of each membership are available at the time of purchase.
Memberships are for use on Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates and Red Light classes only, unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment and Billing
Memberships are billed monthly by recurring payment via our booking system.
Payment is taken on the same date each month. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details are kept up to date.
If a payment fails, access to classes may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
3. Minimum Term
Unless stated otherwise, memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of three months.
During the minimum term, memberships cannot be cancelled.
4. Cancellation
After the minimum term has been completed, members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Memberships remain active and billable during the notice period.
5. Pausing Memberships
Memberships may be paused in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, at the discretion of Cloud Studios.
Pause requests must be made in writing and may require supporting documentation.
Paused memberships extend the minimum term by the length of the pause.
6. Use of Classes
Membership classes must be used within the billing month.
Unused classes do not roll over.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
7. Booking and Attendance
All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Members may hold a maximum of four future class bookings at any one time.
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within the 12 hour window will incur a £6 late cancellation fee.
If a member does not attend a booked class without cancelling, an £18 no-show fee will be applied.
These policies are in place to allow spaces to be offered to other members.
8. Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, members may join the waitlist.
If a space becomes available, the next person on the waitlist may be automatically added to the class.
Once added from the waitlist, the standard 12 hour cancellation policy applies.
Members are responsible for managing their waitlist bookings and removing themselves from the waitlist if they no longer wish to attend.
9. Late Arrival Policy
Members are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to allow time to settle into the studio.
For safety and to avoid disruption to the class, entry may be refused once the class has started.
If a member arrives after the class has begun, this may be treated as a no-show and the applicable fee may apply.
10. Events and Workshops
Special events, workshops and themed classes sit outside of the regular timetable and are payable separately unless otherwise stated.
Memberships and guest passes cannot be used for special events or workshops.
Cloud Studios may host occasional Founding Member events throughout the year at no additional cost as a thank you to those who supported the studio from the beginning.
11. Studio Etiquette
Cloud Studios is a grip sock studio. For hygiene and safety reasons, all members must wear grip socks during class. Grip socks may be purchased at the studio if required.
Members are asked to respect the calm studio environment by arriving on time, keeping phones on silent and being mindful of other clients during class.
12. Instructor and Timetable Changes
Cloud Studios reserves the right to change class times, instructors or the timetable at any time.
13. Health and Safety
All members must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) and liability waiver before attending classes.
Members are responsible for exercising within their own limits and informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy.
14. Personal Property
Cloud Studios accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
15. Founder Memberships
Founder memberships are offered at a discounted rate of £135 per month for life.
Founder memberships are subject to a 6 month minimum commitment from the date of purchase.
Founder memberships include access to all regular timetable classes only.
Special events, workshops, retreat days and themed experiences are not included unless otherwise stated.
Founder rates remain valid only while the membership remains active.
If cancelled or paused, founder rates cannot be reinstated.
Founder memberships are non-transferable.
16. Termination by Cloud Studios
Cloud Studios reserves the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect in cases of inappropriate behaviour or breach of studio rules.
17. Changes to Terms
Cloud Studios may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
