Enjoy 3 classes for £50 and discover the benefits of training on our red light mats. These classes move at a slightly slower pace, allowing more time to focus on the movements and connection with the body.
With small class sizes and a calm studio environment, our instructors are able to guide and support you throughout the class.

Attend 12 classes and it drops to just over £13 per class. With single classes priced between £18 and £23, the more you move, the more value you get from your membership.
