Barre Express is a focused 30-minute lunchtime workout Monday Wednesday & Friday.
Designed to sculpt, strengthen and reset in one efficient session. Expect targeted, low-impact strength work inspired by ballet and Pilates, with controlled pulses, holds and small-range movements that challenge endurance and build tone. This express format delivers maximum impact in minimal time, making it ideal for busy schedules and mid-day energy boosts.
