Our approach is centred on feel-good movement, guided with care and attention to detail. Whether you are joining your first class or returning as part of a regular practice, time at Cloud feels familiar, grounding and thoughtfully held.
Community is woven into every part of Cloud. From the character of the barn to the way each class is delivered, every detail has been carefully chosen to create a calm, connected and elevated studio experience.
Cloud exists as a refined yet relaxed destination for movement and connection, a place to return to again and again.

Our Founder

Cloud Studios was founded by Sofia, with a simple desire to create a space that felt welcoming, uplifting and genuinely good to be in. From the beginning, the vision for Cloud was to be a multi-use studio. A flexible, thoughtfully designed space that could hold Pilates, barre and yoga classes, as well as wellness events, workshops and studio hire. A place that feels alive, evolving and shaped by the people who spend time in it. Sofia fell in love with mat Pilates and the way movement can support both body and mind. That experience inspired her to create a space rooted in feeling good.
Cloud was created with the intention of bringing together a incredible team of instructors who share the same values around thoughtful movement, wellbeing and community. It is designed to be more than just somewhere to exercise. It is a hub for wellness and wellbeing, where people feel supported, guided and comfortable returning week after week.

GIA Yoga

INSTRUCTOR
Meet Gia.
Gia began her yoga journey during lockdown, initially as a way to move and unwind. What started as a personal practice quickly became a true passion once she began teaching. Since qualifying as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Gia has discovered that guiding others through movement, helping them uncover both physical strength and inner resilience, is what brings her the greatest fulfilment. Her classes offer a balanced blend of challenge and support. Expect thoughtful sequencing, moments that push you slightly beyond your comfort zone, and an atmosphere where you feel completely safe to be yourself. Gia’s aim is simple: for you to leave feeling stronger, more grounded and genuinely good in your own body.

EMMA Yoga

INSTRUCTOR
Meet Emma.
Emma is a Nutrition Graduate and Yoga Teacher, trained in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.
Her yoga journey began in 2023 while at university, where she was training intensely as a middle-distance runner. Facing frequent injuries and mental and physical exhaustion, yoga became a turning point. After just a few classes, she was hooked. Yoga taught her how to slow down, focus on her breath, and truly listen to her body for the first time.
Emma travelled to Bali to complete her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, and in 2025 she further deepened her practice by qualifying in Yin Yoga.
Her teaching style is a thoughtful balance of challenge and relaxation. She loves exploring inversions and helping students discover their strength, while also creating space to rest and reset. Emma is passionate about watching her students grow in confidence and connect to their bodies through movement.
At Cloud, Emma will be offering Restorative Yin Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga, creating calm, supportive classes designed to help you unwind, restore, and move with intention.
