Do I need to be experienced to attend classes?

Not at all. Our classes are suitable for beginners through to more experienced movers. Instructors guide each class clearly and offer options throughout, so you can move in a way that feels right for you. 

What classes do you offer?

We offer 50- minute at Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes
• Mat Pilates focuses on strength, stability and posture through controlled, mindful movement.
• Barre is a low-impact, strength-based class using small, intentional movements to build strength and confidence.
• Yoga centres on breath, flexibility and gentle strength, offering a grounding, balanced practice.

How long are the classes?

All classes at Cloud Studios are 50 minutes, unless stated otherwise. 

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing you can move easily in. Grip socks are encouraged for Pilates and barre. These are also available to purchase in the studio.

How often should I practice?

This is entirely personal. Many people enjoy two to three classes per week, while one class is a great place to start if you're new. Consistency matters more than frequency, and we encourage you to find a rhythm that feels sustainable.

What is the class experience like?

Classes are led by experienced instructors in a calm, thoughtfully designed studio. With a space for just 12 mats, sessions feel personal, connect and well supported.

Do you host events or offer studio hire?

Yes. Alongside our regular class schedule, we host curated events and offer studio hire for like-minded practitioners and facilitators.
